FUNERAL HELD: Carlene Claire Mulheron
DATELINE: Swanton, Vermont
A Service of Death and Resurrection celebrating the life of Carlene Claire Mulheron was held Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 11 a.m. from The Kidder Memorial Home. The Reverend Kerry T. Cameron pastor of the 4 Points Rising United Methodist Parish officiated. In attendance was The Reverend John H.D. Lucy, pastor of Swanton’s Memorial United Methodist Church.
Music was provided by organist, Tammy Cassidy Ruhl. Special music was offered by Reverend Cameron and her husband Steve Raymond. Scripture readings were proclaimed by Carlene’s son, Steven Mulheron. Special Words of Remembrance were shared by son, Steven; daughter, Wendy, granddaughters, Jasmine and Katie and family friends, Martha and Joyce.
Among the delegations in attendance were representatives from the, Highgate Town Offices, Highgate School District, Highgate Volunteer Fire Department and Auxiliary, Green Mountain Forest Products and Dairy, Highgate United Methodist Church, Swanton Memorial United Methodist Church, Alburgh Union Bible Church and many Victoria Lane friends and neighbors.
Interment followed at the Mulheron family lot in Riverside Cemetery with The Reverend Mrs. Cameron reading the committal prayers. The bearers were Carlene’s son, Steven Mulheron; son-in-law, James Jones; grandsons, J.J., Jones, Derek Jones, Eugene Brace and great grandson, Landon Mayo.
Following The Prayers of Committal a reception was held for family and friends at the Memorial United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall hosted by parishioners of the Highgate United Methodist Parish.
