The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services. If legal or any other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

Payment Policy

Kidder Memorial Home has established a uniform payment policy to serve all families fairly and to prevent misunderstandings. Like many other businesses in our community, we operate on a cash basis, being totally dependent upon families we serve for prompt payment. This policy enables us to contain our costs to all the families we serve.

Payment in full is expected at the time of arrangement or service by cash, check, credit card, or insurance assignment. All cash advances must be paid by cash or check, prior to any type of services without exception.

Our funeral directors will be glad to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding our payment policy. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on an individual basis and must be brought up at the time of arrangements, If an exception is granted, a late penalty on the outstanding balance will be added at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) after 30 days from the date of service.

If the account remains unpaid after 45 days from the date of service, it is automatically turned over to our centralized Credit and Acceptance Group for collection.

We believe it is beneficial to both you; the consumer, and us, the funeral service provider, that complete understanding of this policy will prevent any confusion at a later date.
