DATELINE: Swanton Alanna Joyce
Schuster, 13 months old died unexpectedly Friday evening, June 4, 2010 at
Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington. Born in St.
Albans on May 4, 2009, Alanna was the daughter of Nicholas R. and Jodie L.
(Derosia) Schuster and the sister of Wyatt James Derosia. In addition
to her parents and brother of Swanton, Alanna is survived by her maternal
grandparents; Arthur and Candy Derosia of Swanton, her paternal grandfather;
Ken Schuster of Swanton, her maternal great-grandparents; Arlene Derosia and
James Hodet of Swanton, her paternal great-grandparents; Herm and Eleanor
Schuster of Georgia and Ted and Cecile Bissonette of Winooski and many aunts,
uncles and other extended family and friends. Alanna was
predeceased by her maternal grandmother; Jane “Oma” Schuster on December 15,
2009. Funeral
services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 11 AM from the Kidder
Memorial Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, (802-868-3331). The Rev. Dr.
Marguerite C. Gage will officiate.
Interment will follow in the family lot in Riverside Cemetery,
Swanton. Friends may call at the funeral
home on Friday evening, June 11th from 7-9 PM. Gifts in
Alanna’s memory may be made to a fund established in her memory in care of
Jamie Lefebvre, 54 Second Street, Swanton.
